RESIDENTS
Curva is also a sharing space for experienced ceramicists looking for a place to practice. We provide residents with equipment, storage shelf and table. Meet our residents!
CYRIELLE MARCHETTI
She began her career as a ceramicist at the Korean Cultural Center in Paris, following the centuries-old tradition of Korean ceramics. She graduated in ceramics in Lisbon, where she studied at Ar.Co.
LUCIANA FLORENCE
She has been dedicated to ceramics since 2015. Between 2018 and 2020 she was an assistant in the ceramics department at the Ar.Co - Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual and is currently a professor at the same institution.
MARIA JOÃO PAIS

MAGDALENA SANTA MARTA
She studied ceramics at Ar.Co - Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual. In 2018/2019, she received a scholarship from the Fundação Altice de Formação Artística and, in the following year, she received a scholarship from Ar.Co.
SLIM
One of the first Curva students, she has an unconventional approach to construction and finishing, resulting in fun and very experimental pieces.
ANA CASTANHO
It's in formation and it wants to stay that way. Dedicated to creativity, design and communication for 16 years, she has been discovering in the Ar.co modules, in the Joana Simão atelier and in the CURVA classes a renewed artistic and plastic expression, since 2020. And it is in the rough and imperfect forms that she sees more road to go.
